We recommend the electronically assisted bikes so that your child can also discover a lot of the landscape and nature. Your vacation is guaranteed to be a complete success on easy to moderately difficult tours. In Austria, the ÖAMTC recommends the use of e-bikes for people aged 12 and over.

Who are the children's e-bikes suitable for?

We have special models in special sizes for children. These are therefore only authorised up to a maximum weight and height. 

The children's e-bikes are approved for children up to 1.40 metres tall and a maximum weight of 60 kg. 

If your child is taller or heavier, please book in the ‘E-Bike’ or ‘Premium E-Bike’ category. 

Is my e-bike insured?

All bike prices include a nominal charge of 10% for all repairable damage that is within the normal range of use of the bike. In the event of damage beyond this, the renter is liable for 20% of the repair costs.

In the event of theft, the hirer is liable for the current market value of the bike, which is calculated on the basis of the purchase value and previous hire transactions.

Where can I ride my e-bike?

You can generally ride our bikes on all roads and paths. The only exception is that our hire bikes are not permitted in bike parks. Individual route sections in Kleinwalsertal may be closed. Please pay attention to the relevant signposting and inform yourself in advance on the Kleinwalsertal Tourismus website or at the tourist office.
